Strike One is Ventura Countys number one Baseball & Softball academy. All of our instruction is one on one. Science has discovered a trend that athletes tend to be visual learners. At the end of each lesson, our coaching staff reviews the lessons with the player and parent. Our staff will explain what the student needs to work on and may suggest some drills for homework. Every student is expected to practice at home. 

Our instructors are highly skilled and have extensive knowledge about the game. Please ask us questions! They are able to work with all ages and experience levels. We use a variety of drills to develop our students.  Our philosophy is to develop each player and take them to the next level no matter what level that may be!

Our Lessons: All lessons are 30 min in length, performed in a one on one atmosphere, with a direct focus on what the student can do to improve his game. At times we utilize a video playback system that helps the athlete to visually see mistakes that he is not feeling. Our focus is not to make every player the same, instead teaching the proper techniques allows the hitter to best utilize his strength level, body type, arm length etc.

             10 Lessons-$465 ($46.50 per lesson)
